Firstly, thanks to everyone who has supported the Dinner Plain and Bright 3 Hour XC races planned for this weekend. As you have no doubt heard, we will need to cancel the events due to the COVID-19 Lockdown for the whole of Victoria.
We are planning to re-schedule the events to the following weekend, Dinner Plain, Saturday 20 February and Bright Sunday 21 February. We understand that these new dates will not suit everyone and we will offer full refund to anyone who needs it. We would appreciate it if you could

or email Michal@alpinetiming.com.au by midnight on Sunday 14 February to advise if you plan to roll your entry over or if you will need to cancel. Sending this response by Sunday evening will greatly assist with planning for the following weekend.
Those who elect to roll their registration over to next weekend will have this processed automatically. Those who elect for a refund will have funds issued into the same method they used to pay.
In the unfortunate event that the restrictions are extended beyond next Thursday, we will have no alternative but to cancel the event for 2021 and will fully refund all entrants.
