Australian Open and Masters Distance Championships, 10 a.m. in the Nordic Bowl at Falls Creek.
10km for women, and 15km for men in  free  technique.
Classes: U20, U23, U30, U40, U50, U60, U70, over 70.

For all events, age is taken as at 31 December 2019.

Both events have interval starts with all late entrants starting where designated.

Presentations each day will be in the Nordic Bowl if the weather permits, otherwise at Windy Corner Day Shelter.
